Many of us experience hormonal imbalance at some time in our life.  We can feel alienated not only from our life and our relationships, but also from ourselves. This can lead to feelings of confusion, overwhelm and irritability. Sometimes it can feel simply like we no longer know ourself!

The symptoms of hormonal imbalance can range from brain fog, rapid or persistent weight gain, irregular periods, hot flashes, Intense PMS, unstable or unpredictable Moods, painful periods, low libido and difficulty conceiving. Much of this can be helped by regulating your nervous system. We have tried and tested, ancient and modern tools and techniques to help you find balance.

You'll be guided in your journey by Amelia Adrian (Certified Aromatherpist, Yoga & Meditation Teacher) & Kate Burford (Shiatsu Practitioner). Amelia and Kate have worked together for 5 years creating simple systems for regulating and improving health through nervous system regulation and Essential Oils.
