The work we have done (this month) around love, gave me the extra support in dealing with them/it (especially around one particular person) in a more constructive way and gave me the added strength needed for the situation....(this work) has made me very grounded and the 'voice within' has supported me and been like my own personal 'cheerleader'...In regards to self care, I have been using my oils on a daily basis to support my feelings/emotions and getting better sleep by having a better bedtime routine - this has helped me immensely! ~ J.
